2008 Fixin Vieilles Vignes, Domaine Derey

“A new domaine to us but one which is able to produce the concentration, clear cut flavours and long finish that we are looking for. Drunk with beef, game or cheese it offers the essence of the Cotes de Nuits at a surprisingly modest price”. Anthony Barne M.W.

This is a versatile red which can take on anything from poached salmon to jugged hare and would be delicious with most things in betwwen”. Anthony Barne M.W.
