68% Xarel-lo and 38% Chardonnay. Unoaked. The wine is dry and clean with floral notes and a good depth of flavour.

100% Malvasia from the small and relatively new D.O of Arribes in the North West of Spain. Dry but rich.

Good, clean and bright fruit backed by a fine acidity. A very good Chablis from a very good vintage.

Tavs stands for Tierra, Agua, Vinedos and Sol. Earth, water, vines and sun which are the four elements that are needed to make wine. In Jumilla they get plenty of sun and the Monastrell and Syrah, from which this wine is made, thrive. The wine is medium weight but full of dark fruits and even a hint of chocolate.

Made from 50% Cabernet Sauvignon and 50% Merlot. The wine has been aged in oak for 8-10 months and displays all the characteristics of Claret – albeit a Mediterranean claret. Good brambly fruit, a hint of cassis and plums, nice acidity and a good finish.
